Women at the Well

A well of pure resource surfaces when women come together in a circle, establish a safe container and deepen into awareness of the physical body.
In our individual bodies, the well comes as we bring sensitivity and consciousness into the subtle and complex tissue of the pelvic floor. Connection to our sensuous, generative source fills the body with vitality, healing and truth. Breath work, movement, art and erotic touch instruction support grounded, choiceful experiences of tapping into full passion in spiritual, mental, emotional and physical realms.
The well which arises in the circle is one of re-membering the female archetype into the physical world and re-calling a psychic locale of timeless wisdom and regeneration which women know by heart. A simple yet powerful process lets the circle travel into new/ancient terrain. In this landscape, we remember that it is natural to live in a profoundly embodied way, trusting our physicality, our emotion and our intuitive capacities.
Our linear culture causes a painful amnesia about the beauty and sovereignty of women’s bodies and of women’s consciousness, which are circular and relational. There is a place of authenticity which we only access when we come together in a circle. Women’s erotic nature is a powerful path to a multidimensional awareness that can serve any intention you may bring, whether it be to heal a wound, improve your sexual life, engage your creativity in work and personal relationships or to plant seeds of desire and open your heart to how they will grow in your life.
