A Class for Women in the Integration of Sexuality and Spirituality

The myth of Psyche (Soul) and Eros (Love) describes a journey of inner development which results in a state of dynamic union. The legend also demonstrates how embodied longing can create the power to overcome obstacles. Each class will use a major element of the story to generate exploration - in art and movement - of how you can cultivate life force to nourish your body and your dreams.

Selah Martha, MA, has been leading groups in embodiment and sexuality education for 20 years, at the Center for Movement Arts and Therapy and the BodyElectricSchool. Author of articles on sexual health as well as Circle Work: Intuitive Technology, she is a sex educator for teens and adults, and has a private therapy practice for people of all genders, orientations and ages.
